INTRODUCTION

Eldoret Tourism and Professional College was established in the year 2008 as a private Tivet institution.
The institutions main focus is provision of either charitable or affordable Training and Research programmes nationally and internationally.

The institution is registered by the Ministry of higher Education Science and Technology registration number MOHEST/PC/1601/011.
In order to produce fully baked students with hands on experience in their various disciplines, the institute has partnered with Government, Non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders to assist the Students undertake practicals, internships, attachments for their various courses. Some of these include:

From 2008 to date, the institute has been able to train over 600 students on both partial and full sponsorship Programmes. The institute offers very competitive Training Programmes currently on demand on both National & international labour market.

School fees
Our fees charge of

  1. Ksh. 12,000/ per term on all Regular Programmes (Certificate and Diploma Courses)
  2. ksh. 2,000/- Short courses
  3. ksh. 1800/- Computer application Packages

Our intakes
We have 3 intakes annually:

    1. JANUARY
    2. MAY
    3. SEPTEMBER

THE INSTITUTIONS ACADEMIC CALENDAR

  1. Week- Comprises of 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
  2. Month-Comprises of 23 working days.
  3. Term- Comprises of 3 months.
  4. Year- Comprises of 15months (inclusive of 3months holiday)

INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS
We administer two Continuous Assessment Tests which are set out of 30% then End Term Examinations set out of 70%.

Co-Curricular Activities
Apart from class work, our students also participate in co-curricular activities twice in month. These include:

  5. Dancing e.t.c
